Nora took to Facebook to document the events of Obie’s custody battle with the Oregon Dachshund Rescue center and noted that after a difficult four months of to-ing and fro-ing, their case had eventually been settled. However, this settlement came at a hefty price. Nora had to pay out more than $15,000 worth of the money that Obie had received to pay off “the frivolous lawsuit” that threatened to take Obie away from her. Yet, followers of Obie’s story were still not convinced that Nora had his best interests at heart…
