The bruise on the Queen’s hand was enough to get the world talking, but it seemed as though it was soon forgotten. That was until she emerged one week later with the same bruise on her hand. Now, people really were growing anxious about her welfare.
It looked as though the mark could be a sign of a more long-term injury – one that people never believed would happen. It wasn’t long before fans thought it was a sign the Queen had recently had a butterfly needle.
