Jennifer Weiner has signed her name to a considerable number of hits over the years, but it was her debut novel, Good In Bed, that got people talking, it’s not unusual for authors to have to contact many agents before finding one that agrees to the project.
However, it took 25 applications even to get a chance. Thankfully, Jennifer stuck to what she believed in and refused to change her story to fit their needs. 2 million copies sold later, and we think she’s allowed to feel a little smug.
