Sometimes, it seems as though the entire world is there to kick us when we’re down. Not only did Nia’s manager walk away, but so did her agent along with her dreams of making it as a writer and actress. Things didn’t look good.
That was until Nia remembered the importance of perseverance and proving others wrong. As well as writing the script for the rom-com My Big Fat Greek Wedding, the actress also played the starring role. Now that is proving a point.
