Although we can often want our dreams to come true more than anything else in the world, that doesn’t mean we can always make them happen. Savage Garden approached nearly everyone in Australia when the band were trying to break into the industry.
Unfortunately, no one wanted to know. That all changed with one man: John Woodruff. Occasionally we get our breaks. John was the one willing to help the band climb to the sensations Savage Garden are today.

Many of us have written poems or letters, or doodled out initials on notebooks when we were younger. So what about if you found out the reaction to some of your treasured work? Lillian was proud of her poem when she first sent it to her future husband.
Little did he know that he would ever bring it up to the very author of said work. Sure, Lillian might have experienced rejection all those years later, but at least she held onto her man all that time.
