Everyone loves a good cuddle, right? Well, what if we told you that cuddling could actually heal your aches and pains? Scientists have found that cuddling actually releases something called oxytocin.
Within their research, they have also found that this oxytocin is hugely beneficial when you’re trying to recover from physical wounds – and that it can actually speed things up. You probably don’t need any more excuses to cuddle, but here’s another one anyway. Just in case you find yourself doubting your cuddling needs.
