[post_page_title]Polar bears clean themselves[/post_page_title]
Every animal has to stay clean, you know? While we jump into the shower and pigs – weirdly – roll in the mud, it seems as though polar bears have their own thing going on. To clean their fur, polar bears simply faceplant themselves into the snow. Of course, they don’t leave it there.
When they have successfully face planted the hard ground, they then push their bodies forward with their back legs, so their fur rubs against the snow. In short, they essentially become slugs while they’re having their own makeshift snow shower.
