With all of the buzz surrounding Meghan’s imminent arrival, there’s a high chance that Kate has also found herself in the midst of baby fever. Despite reports of a feud between the two women, Kate and William have been spotted visiting Frogmore Cottage and spending time with Meghan and Harry over the course of the pregnancy.
For all we know, the idea of another child in their family could have inspired some new broody feelings within her and could have inspired a conversation with William about a fourth child.
