Taryn was not ready to stop yet, after seeing for herself just how many women were inspired after reading her book, she decided to take it one step further. She recalled, “The book did really well, but I’d discovered this insatiable desire to help people.” So, she chose to turn the well-acclaimed book into a documentary with the same title, Embrace. The film focused not only on learning to love one’s body, but also how to become a more positive and self-accepting woman.
