The former bodybuilder now is an advocator for having an active lifestyle, but only for pleasure and not for feeling pressured to lose a certain amount of weight or to get down to a certain dress size. She believes that the same rule should apply to what we eat, and encourages others to eat whatever food that makes them happy, instead of categorizing it as something “good” or “bad.” She explained, “Because then chocolate would be categorized as ‘bad,’ and I don’t want to feel bad when I eat chocolate.”
