To truly understand this story, we need to know a little more about where this took place, and why the police officer broke the window. So, we need to take a trip back to the town of Keene, in New Hampshire in 2016. During the height of the summer, an unknown resident was walking past a car on their way to the local Walmart when they noticed something a little odd. Out of the corner of their eye, they saw that a tiny baby who was lying in the car. At the time, the sun was blazing, and the person knew that the car would be boiling hot, and so would the baby.
