As it turned out, thanks to the discomfort Samantha had experienced while wearing the protective armor at work, she had sought help at the perfect time. The doctors said it was still only early-stage breast cancer, which means it’s the type that’s the likeliest to cure before it spreads and grows truly dangerous.
Samantha couldn’t believe how lucky she was, in the middle of this surreal and scary situation. Had she been in any other profession in the world she would most likely not have sought medical attention.
