While Meghan has remained at Frogmore Cottage to focus on Archie, her husband has carried on with the majority of his royal duties. Someone needs to be out there representing the couple, and that responsibility traditionally falls on the shoulders of the father. Unlike his wife, Harry hasn’t needed to recover from the pregnancy and birth – not physically, anyway. So, it’s been his job to keep going to charity events and the like so that the couple doesn’t fall behind on their duties.
It gives the Duke of Sussex a chance to get out of the house and have some peace if he’s finding fatherhood a challenge. While the man might be used to children thanks to his niece and nephews, it’s a whole nother experience when you have kids of your own. For one, you can’t ignore it when they start screaming and crying at three in the morning.
