Judge Judy (whose real name is Judy Sheindlin) is a lawyer and judge in real life and a courtroom judge on television. She has been on the air since 1996 and her show is Emmy Award winning and highly acclaimed. Judy married Ronald Levy, a prosecutor, in 1964. They had two children before divorcing in 1976. A year later, she married Jerry Sheindlin but they divorced in 1990 partially as a result of the stress that the death of Judy’s father caused her. It seems that these two were meant to be as they remarried a year later and have been together ever since.
