The boys entered the store and embarked on their task of hunting down the prized spray they wanted for their mission.
Eventually, they tracked down the section of the store selling WD-40, and the shelves were lined with plenty of bottles. However, before they could complete their purchase, it was important to check whether this was the right product for what they need. An idea that had been planned for months certainly hinged on them being able to use it for the purpose they intended.

Grabbing a can of the popular product they decided that there was only one thing for it – they were going to have to read the instructions on the label.
Surely it would be common knowledge if WD-40 could work as a replacement for engine oil? And if that were true, surely other people would have used it as such? So, they flipped the can over to read how versatile the product could be, and they discovered that, according to the label, it could, indeed, be used on engines.
