One of the biggest complaints leveled at Kate was that she didn’t look authentic enough for a woman who had just gone through labor. Many women find it a struggle to get back to reality after childbirth, and are often insecure about the way they look.

However, Kate looked as good as she ever has, and this didn’t sit well with a lot of people. To be fair to the woman, she did have to pose for photos, so making herself look nice is surely to be expected?!
