After being cut from the Jets, Pennington found a new home down in sunny Miami with the Dolphins. He played for the Dolphins from 2008 to 2010, but after several injuries, he ended up getting one so bad he couldn’t continue.
Pennington was forced to retire in 2010 following that injury and he moved into broadcasting, working as an analyst for Fox Sports. Chad set up a foundation with his wife Robin, the 1st and 10 Foundation, and so far they have donated over half a million dollars to charity.
