Although his playing career ended in 1999, Elway stuck around the football community. For his efforts on the field, he was inducted into the Professional Football Hall of Fame in 2004 and then he decided he would try his hand at coaching.
Elway became the general manager of his beloved Denver Broncos and is still leading the team. He was in charge when the Broncos won the Super Bowl in 2016, and was also responsible for the team signing Peyton Manning.
