RG3 would bounce back from his concussion lay off, and he signed for the Cleveland Browns in a trade. His injury worries were unfortunately not behind him, and in 2016 he suffered a brutal shoulder injury against the Philadelphia Eagles.
The game was the season opener, but Green was placed on the injury list and was later released by the Browns. RG3 signed for the Baltimore Ravens in 2018 as a backup quarterback, bringing him back to the NFL after his disastrous time with the Browns.
