It seems as though the women of Hollywood have a real problem when it comes to powder because they just can’t seem to get it right. Perhaps we will give them all a blender for Christmas, as they really need to get on board with being the same color across their whole face.
While Miley Cyrus was rocking her short-haired look with her perfect brows and her statement lip, the fact that her mouth and chin were covered in powder just let the team down a little.
