In the defence of the celebrities that we know and love, the flash of cameras and the bright lights of the red carpets do nothing for their appearance. No matter how hard they try to perfect their makeup, the lights will always make them look shiny or bring up the discrepancies in their coloring.
This was obviously the case for Kelly Osbourne, who walked onto this red carpet sporting a very yellowy/orange look that actually makes her appear rather ill. Perhaps she tried to cover that up with the pink lipstick.
