It’s Gaga. Who else would walk the red carpet in such a get-up? It’s no secret that Lady Gaga is used to making a statement with her rather unusual outfit choices and her odd makeup – but this one definitely strays away from being cool and instead fits itself nicely into the weird and wonderful category.
Although we can bypass the hair, what we can’t bypass is the fact that the white powder on her face has actually collected itself on her hairline. Things just go from bad to worse from there.
