Kelly Osbourne is known for being a little out there. That’s one of the main reasons why we absolutely adore her style. She isn’t afraid to think outside of the box, she isn’t afraid to roll with clashing colors, and she even smothers her eyes in glitter sometimes.
While we don’t hate this look, we can’t help but wonder if Kelly rubbed her eyes a little too hard on her way to this red carpet event. Either that or she asked her makeup artist to go pretty heavy on the glitter. Whatever floats her boat.
