One member of the family who might not be so forgiving of Meghan’s behavior is Prince Philip. The man’s relationship with the Duchess was shaky from the start, with the royal apparently not too smitten with his grandson’s other half.
It seems he wasn’t a huge fan of Meghan’s background, with Philip allegedly suggesting to Harry that marrying his girlfriend would be a huge mistake. He reportedly told the Prince that “One steps out with actresses, one doesn’t marry them.” Evidently, Harry didn’t pay any attention to his grandfather’s words.
