While Camilla might be best suited to steering Meghan through her controversy, some reports have suggested that the women aren’t particularly close. Camilla was supposedly incensed after a pregnant Meghan attended the British Fashion Awards and drew all the attention to herself.
The Duchess of Cornwall allegedly felt that her daughter-in-law was behaving out of line, so she decided enough was enough. Meghan had apparently broken the rules on too many occasions, and this time, she wasn’t going to get away with it. Of course, these were all just rumors.
