As much as Camilla might have been pitted against Meghan, the reality is far less sinister. The Duchess of Cornwell is actually a fan of her daughter-in-law, although, like her husband, she has her limits. Meghan and Harry’s recent behavior will definitely have given her cause for concern, especially with fears that things may worsen moving forward.
If that happens, Camilla isn’t likely to keep offering the Duchess her support. After all, she’s too proud of her place in the monarchy to ever embrace someone trying to take it away.
