True Blood was basically a vampire soap opera, and as such it had more than its fair share of steamy love scenes. Many of them took place with Anna Paquin and Alexander Skarsgård, as Sookie Stackhouse and Eric Northman respectively.
The scenes were fine, in and of themselves. They only really become awkward once viewers watched the end credits, and realized some of those episodes were directed by Paquin’s real-life husband, Stephen Moyer, who also appeared on the show as Bill Compton. Just imagine, a husband directing his wife and another man in a love scene. Yikes.
