Despite many stereotypes that exist in Texas, it’s fair to say that the people who live there are incredibly smart. While this person may not be the next Einstein or Eisenhower, they definitely know how to use their smarts to play pranks on people.
They managed to hack the road sign, and have a little fun with all of those people who were stuck in traffic. What would make this even more ironic is if the person who hacked this later got caught in the traffic themselves.
