According to John Leguizamo, who worked with Steven Seagal on the film Executive Decision, Seagal tends to take himself a little too seriously.
Leguizamo was interviewed saying that when the cast and crew came into rehearsal, Seagal said “I’m in command. Everything I say is law. Anybody doesn’t agree?” And when Leguizamo laughed, thinking it was a joke, Seagal reportedly slammed him against a wall using his martial arts skills. The actor was so surprised, all he could do was ask “Why?”
