Pop singer and actress Ashlee Simpson appeared in CW’s Melrose Place reboot, playing Violet Foster for 13 episodes.
The reason her appearance was short-lived was because, apparently – she wasn’t everyone’s favorite person on set, as her behavior was causing problems and strain on the production of the series. According to reports, she was booted off the show for being a complete diva on set, who was always late and generally disliked by the cast and crew.
