MacGillicudy is another employee working at the Blue Moon Detective Agency who comes into the show in the third season. He helps to keep Agnes and Herbert’s romantic relationship under wraps for as long as possible by acting as a foil for the pair. It seems as though he too begins to have feelings for Agnes after he and another employee are seen fighting over the affections of the agency’s receptionist. His unrequited love helped keep things interesting between Agnes and Herbert, even though MacGillicudy covered for them.
