Rather than dwell on the choices they have made in the past, both Catelynn and Tyler want to use their time in the limelight to raise awareness about the biological parents in an adoption, and how the process can have a major effect.
The couple have since gone on to share two more children, but still have contact with Carly. As well as uploading well-wishes to social media, the pair are part of an open adoption meaning they can maintain a small amount of contact with their first born child.
