The band’s lead vocalist is also known for having one of the greatest voices of all time. Freddie Mercury was a force to be reckoned with; this artist lived and breathed music and became an inspiration. Unfortunately, at the age of 45, he passed away from complications with AIDS, only one day after confirming he had contracted the illness.
