Tumbling her way into the world of gymnastics, Nadia was taking her first classes when she was still in kindergarten. She signed up for the local team, the Flacara (a word that translates to “The Flame” in English) that was run by two coaches named Munteanu and Duncan. It wasn’t long before the sport began to take over Nadia’s life. By 6 years old the young gymnast had decided that the sport was something she never wanted to give up. Her mother had stumbled across something that would soon to change her daughter’s life forever.
