To this day Nina continues to eat the same as when she was in her most full-on training. Even though she resides in Oklahoma, the gymnast can track down and prepare food as if she was still living in Europe. Her breakfasts typically consist of a slice of toast with some turkey and cheese, with one coffee per day, a healthy wrap for her lunchtime, all finished off with a portion of fish accompanied by a big bowl of salad for dinner. Nadia admits that she avoids red meat and hasn’t ordered fries for over 20 years! They say old habits are hard to break!
