Nadia continued to improve, and the prizes came rolling in. Finally, in 1975 Nadia was able to compete with the seniors, so put her name down for the championships in Europe. She didn’t come away empty-handed as she won four golds to go with her silver medal. As with many athletes, Nadia set her sights on the Olympics, with the games in Montreal being her goal. In March the following year, Nadia entered herself in the American Cup to practice. There was a male and female athlete representing every country, but Nadia wiped the floor with them all.
