You might have heard your friends talking about how they would love to try out a henna tattoo sometime, but in India they have a lot of cultural significance as well.
In India, this form of body art using the henna paste is usually called Mehndi. Typically Mehndi is used traditionally for brides before their weddings, and elaborate designs will be applied to their hands and feet. In some places in India grooms will be adorned with henna designs as well. All we know is that they are beautiful to look at!
