After Robert Kardashian passed away in 2003, his widow, Ellen Pierson, sold what she claimed were texts from his diary. The pages included passages about Kris cheating on him in his own bed and failing to look after their children. It went on to make even more nasty claims about Kris. In 2013, Kris sued Pierson saying that her and Robert’s children owned the diaries. In the end, the case was settled and Pierson returned the diaries as well as a sum of money.
