Montecito may have one of the biggest celebrities in the world – Oprah – living there, but it is actually a tiny town. It’s part of the city of Santa Barbara and has beautiful coastlines, tasty restaurants, and great boutiques.
The small town definitely has a charm and something special about it, which is probably what attracted Oprah to it in the first place. She is certainly not the only star living in the area, however. It seems to attract some pretty famous faces.
