For starters, Megan didn’t feel as though she had received a warm welcome from Shantel Wesson. As she met the assistant manager for the first time, Shantel allegedly didn’t offer her hand to shake as a greeting, but simply sat down without another word. As if that wasn’t enough, Shantel also kept her cell phone on the table when it wasn’t on silent and allowed her notifications to interrupt Megan while she was speaking. However, Shantel didn’t seem to care, as she was apparently happily drinking her coffee throughout the whole interview.
