After being wrongfully accused for causing her husband’s passing, Brooke Taylor-Windham becomes a client of Professor Callahan. Elle Woods, as part of the internship program, is present in Brooke’s courtroom hearings. Elle believes Brooke is innocent, and pressures Brooke into revealing that on the day of the incident she was getting liposuction.
The case against Brooke continues to weaken, as Elle continues to provide evidence proving her innocence. When Callahan was discovered to have attempted to make a violating move on Elle, Brooke fires him as her attorney and hires Elle instead with Emmett supervising, who ultimately wins the case.
