Mrs Windham Vandermark is the ex-wife of the victim, Hayworth Windham. She is also the mother of the accuser, Chutney Windham, who also turns out to be the one responsible for Hayworth’s passing. Mrs. Windham Vandermark was approached by Callahan’s team during the trial whilst at the spa.
A deleted scene shows Mrs. Windham Vandermark trying to hire Elle Woods to represent Chutney in court after her daughter had been discovered by Woods of being guilty and was convicted.
