After playing Elle Woods, Reese Witherspoon’s acting career took quite a turn. Following her performance, critics referred to her as ‘the new Meg Ryan.’ She was offered many noteworthy roles, including a film adaptation of ‘Vanity Fair,’ rom-com ‘Just Like Heaven’ and as June Cash in ‘Walk the Line,’ for which she won a Golden Globe, BAFTA, Screen Actors Guild and an Oscar.
Today, Witherspoon is exploring television, producing and starring in the mini-series ‘Big Little Lies,’ and the Apple+ series ‘The Morning Show.’ She has 3 children with ex-husband, Ryan Phillippe, and is currently married to talent-agent Jim Toth.
