Grace Rossiter is Congresswoman Rudd’s Chief of Staff in the ‘Legally Blonde’ sequel. Rossiter eavesdrops on a recorded conversation, in which Rudd confesses to Elle that her sponsors use animal testing, and therefore she does not support Bruiser’s Bill – a motion put forth by Elle to cease animal testing.
After hearing this, Grace is shocked and Rudd is forced to support Elle’s petition. Elle and Grace mutually respect one another, especially after Grace tells Elle that her enthusiasm reminds her of when she first came to Washington D.C., however it quickly evaporated once she realized the dirty nature of politics.
