Five-time Tony Award nominee, Dana Ivey, has since acted in quite a few films, such as ‘Rush Hour 3,’ ‘The Leisure Seeker,’ ‘The Importance of Being Earnest,’ ‘Two Weeks Notice,’ ‘The Help’ and ‘Muhammad Ali’s Greatest Fight.’ Her most recent television credits include, ‘SATC,’ ‘Ugly Betty,’ ‘Boardwalk Empire’ and an episode of ‘Monk.’
Ivey has also continued appearing on the stage, including the plays ‘The Savannah Disputation,’ ‘Happy Days’ and ‘The School for Scandal.’ In February 2008, Ivey was the recipient of an honorary doctrate from Rollins College.
