Neil Richard Flynn was cast to play Cady’s loving and clueless dad, Chip Heron. Cady’s parents eventually put their foot down when her antics began to veer off-course. Long before Mean Girls hit the big screen, Flynn got his start in film, television and on Broadway. He made notable appearances in the TV shows The Drew Carey Show, Seinfeld, and CSI. Flynn is probably best known for his role in the comedy series, Scrubs, playing the janitor.
