Bennett went on to make a few film appearances following his breakout Mean Girls role. Unfortunately, none of his ventures were quite as successful as the teen comedy. In 2014, the star partook in the celebrity dance competition, Dancing with the Stars but failed to take home the coveted trophy. In 2015, his professional luck would change when he landed the hosting gig of the popular Food Network show, Cake Wars. In 2017, Bennett proudly came out and is currently in a relationship with TV personality, Jaymes Vaughan.
