[post_page_title]A hands-on mother[/post_page_title]
Before Diana came along, it wasn’t expected for royal moms to be too involved in raising their kids. Obviously, they were supposed to play a role, but most of the responsibilities would fall on the nanny’s shoulders.
However, the Princess wasn’t about to let someone else be a mother to her children. So, she took control and became a very hands-on mom. That included things like reading them bedtime stories and giving them plenty of hugs. It was important to her that the boys knew how much she loved them.
