In an interview with Architectural Digest, Mario Buatta explained that he wanted to create an apartment as glamorous as Mariah Carey herself. Lacquered peach walls, silver doors, and marble floors were the ingredients used to put together this opulent apartment that Mariah Carey spent around $9 million on in Tribeca.
While it didn’t cost that much to buy outright, it was turning it into her own safe space that topped the budget up even more. There’s no denying, it’s simply luxurious.
