Alicia and Dan could have spent all their time crying about how unfair Eva’s situation was, but they knew that wouldn’t help anything. While their daughter was still around, she deserved to live the best life possible. That would be difficult given how frequently she had to be in the hospital or at therapy, but that wasn’t going to stop the two devoted parents. Whenever they could, they’d spend their time showering Eva with love and creating memories that they’d be able to treasure forever.
